Laura Lord is a graduate of Chesapeake College, and attends
Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. She is the author of
Wake Up a Woman. Her work has been published in The Beacon and
The Collegian. She lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with
her fiance` and her two children. She is the author of
